Finish more black than brown

but still an excellent product. I was leary ordering this after checking our local hardware and seeing most of their door knobs were over $30 but decided to take a chance, and am I glad I did. This is an excellent door knob, very solid and feels great in the hand. But the color is more black than brown, which was OK for me, but some may not like that.

I bought these to upgrade our stock brass knobs. Installation was easy and the typical knob installation. No surprises. They work very well and look great. They feel much lighter BUT NOT cheap. They feel solid. So far, they have held up to our kids using them and not being gentle with door knobs. The color seems less black than what supermommy wrote. Mine look like oil rubbed bronze. Could be just a difference of when and where they were made. The antimicrobial part...I can't tell if it is working. How do you test anyway? I recommend them.
